Development of Garden Waste Firmstep e-forms

Development of Firmstep e-forms for the Garden Waste Subscription Service by Granicus consultants - ahead of the year 2 subscription service going live in January 2025. Granicus would build the required e-forms and also simultaneously provide training to members of MBC's ICT team on e-form development to upskill the team and provide enhanced service resilience going forward.
