Description

Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Limited are seeking to appoint service providers for Short Term Accommodation and Resettlement. The key objective of the service is providing people that are rough sleeping with self-contained / en-suite units of accommodation for a period of up to 6 months that enables them to engage with relevant support services and learn the skills that empower them to live independently, offering person centred support with an understanding of individual needs and recognition of their strengths.
