Corserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the design and build of a Foul Pumping Station in Launceston, and installation of gravity and rising mains. Please see specification documents for full scope of works. Corserv will be awarding this on an NEC3 Engineering and Construction Subcontract with dispute resolution option Z2, secondary options X15, X7 (damages at £200/day), X16 at 5%, Y(UK)2, Y(UK)3. The start date is anticipated as early February 2020, Access date the same and completion date for the subcontract works we assume as early May 2020.
