Description

A geotechnical and environmental investigation is to be carried out at the above site. This is required to provide information for design of foundations/substructure, roads/car parking, below ground surface water drainage and to determine the development implications of any site contamination. The development will consist of a new primary school and associated access road, car parking and hard landscaping including a MUGA. The school will be a maximum of two storeys high.
