Provision of FM Services

The ACC Liverpool Group is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of Facilities Management (FM) Services. It is anticipated that the contract will start on 1.1.2020 for an initial period of 3 years until 31.12.2022 with the option, at the sole discretion of The ACC Liverpool Group, to extend the contract for a further 2 periods of 1 year until 31.12.2023 and 31.12.2024. The estimated total value is based on 100 000 GBP per annum over the potential 5 years of the contract excluding VAT.
