CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF BUILDING SERVICES

The overall contract value range based on the Call-Off Initial Period 7 years and Call-Off Optional Extension Periods of 1+1+1 years is: £67.9m to £97m.

The value of £97m is an estimated contract value taking into account the extension options - please note that this figure has a number of dependencies i.e. the maintenance work (both cyclical and planned) that is required each year and the number of billable/capital projects, which will depend on what the Revenue and Capital budgets are for each year going forward.

The contract is for the provision of building services with the following work packages:

Contract Management Contract Mobilisation Maintenance Services Horticultural Services Statutory Obligations Cleaning Services Security Services Waste Services CAFM Helpdesk Services Management of Billable Works

The contract is for works within the Cheshire boundary plus any geographical location that hosts a Cheshire East Council asset.
