KM01.170905 - Portable Appliance Testing at properties owned or managed by Grand Union Housing Group - AWARD

The Contract requires the Contractor to carry out Portable Appliance Testing to items at Sites owned or managed by the Grand Union Housing Group and it's subsidiaries.

It is intended that the works shall be undertaken to a mixture of different type tenure properties. These will include: General Needs, Retirement Homes, Supported Housing, Supported Living and Registered Care, Offices, etc.

Initially, it is intended that the works will be undertaken at approximately 113 Sites per annum.

The Contractor will be provided with Orders instructing the works at various stages throughout the duration of the contract.

It is intended that the Commencement Date shall be 1st January 2018. The Contract Period is 48 months with an option to extend by up to a further 48 months.

The Scope of the Works is fully defined in the Tender Specification.
