Work description
The requirement is to appoint a contractor to undertake condition works at Stockport School.
The works include the following:
• Roof Replacement covering Main Building and J Block • Rewire, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm and CCTV to Main Building, J Block, Octagon Building and Sports Block. • Repointing works to Main Building and J Block • Heating Works to Main Building • Integration of the proposed Modular Building into the Main Building and J Block.
