The Purchaser is inviting tenders for the refurbishment and alterations of areas of the A and C Floor of the Science & Technology Building and the repurposing of areas of the existing Engineering 1 building, as defined in the accompanying documentation.

The project provides new space to support the growth in research and teaching activity within the Department of Engineering at Lancaster University. The scheme comprises:
