Decent Neighbourhood- Fencing work & Horticultural services

Nottingham City Homes is seeking to appoint a Fencing and a Horticultural contractor. The tender will be divided into two lots: Lot 1 Delivery of Fencing Work Lot 2 Delivery of Horticultural Services The appointed contractors will have work allocated based on, schedule of rates, value of the project, geographical location, current and projected workloads, contractor's performance and capabilities, achievable targets within specific time frames and budgets, available resources required to deliver specific projects, number of trainees and any other factors that may influence the designation. The contract will last 2 years with the possibility to extend the contract further 2 years. For guidance purposes only, it is anticipated that the total value works over the 2-year period will amount to approximately £2,500,000.00. Note that this is the total value of the contract for both Lot 1.0 and Lot 2.0 combined.
