CPU 7731 Property Maintenance Works EEM DPS (DPS0009)

Nottingham City Homes Ltd Group require a contractor to undertake repairs and replacements under the whole house category of the DPS0009. Contract will be for 4 years with approx. value of £540K. The works required under this contract will be for the NCH Group Portfolio and be domestic property related. Property Maintenance Works to include (but not limited to): • Electrical rewires • Roofing repairs • Builders works / Structural Works • Supply and install of kitchens & bathrooms • Supply and install of Mechanical ventilation, • Shower supply and installation • Fire detection system supply and installations • Fire door supply and installation • Gas, heating and plumbing works • Damp works • Joinery • Plastering Works / Tiling Works • Flooring replacements • Painting, decorating and fungicidal wash • Supply and install of pedestrian and vehicle gates & fencing • Drop kerbs and driveway maintenance • Rainwater goods/disposal systems • Drainage repairs • Insulation installation • Emergency repairs The works will be carried out to the Nottingham City Homes Property Portfolio of 400 homes within the Nottingham City Homes Boundary. The works will be carried out to both occupied and void properties and will vary in value based on the requirements on each occasion.
