Description

The Council has awarded a Contract to provide the following services: Part 1 - Valuations to meet the needs of the corporate accounting team The Council requires fixed asset valuations to accurately report the value of its assets in statutory accounts. They are conducted on a 5-year rolling programme. Ad hoc valuations are also required when a property or use of that property has changed. Part 2 - Ad hoc valuations to support effective estate management activity, predominately for CPT. This includes rent reviews, leases, acquisitions and disposals.
