Work description
Rochdale Borough Council, acting on behalf of itself and the nine other Greater Manchester Authorities, are seeking to appoint a winter highways weather forecasting service supplier, with appropriate skills and resource available to undertake the exacting requirements of the AGMA winter maintenance group (AGMA).
