Work description
***THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION**** This contract has been awarded.
Aims and Objectives of the Project
This contract is to provide mixed methods research into a variety of research questions related to mixed tenure in social housing developments. For the purposes of this research, a social housing development may be defined as "a group of individual dwellings built together at the same time, usually by a single developer, usually within the same building complex, with the intention of being primarily or in part inhabited by socially rented tenants". However, we expect that as part of this research, the contractor will further refine this definition in dialogue with BEIS.
