South Ribble Borough Council has issued the Invitation to Tender under Lot 3 of the Innovation Chain North Framework Agreement to Appoint a Design & Build Contractor to Deliver the Pre-Construction services (Fixed Price & RIBA Stage 4 Design) Prior to Full Award (Project: Development of 3 Townhouses and 12 Apartments at McKenzie Street, Bamber Bridge).

Bids were evaluated in accordance with the further competition criteria. Pre Construction Services awarded to RP Tyson Construction LTD for £35,816.
