ITT for Works Contractor (Quin Street, as part of the Leyland Town Deal)

This is contracted is awarded. This was a mini competition via the ICN Framework. South Ribble Council we're seeking a contractor to deliver 22nr residential units, along with enabling / remediation works at the former Iddon Factory on Quin Street in South Ribble.
