9390 - Structural Repairs at: Heathgate Estate Phase 3

Maintenance and repair works are required to a range of structural defects which relate to (but may not be limited to):-

Repairs to all exposed reinforced concrete surfaces, repairs and overcoating of access decks and balcony membranes, renewing movement joints in access decks, replacing existing deck and balcony railings with new galvanised steel railings, and repairing cracks in brickwork at ends of blocks.
