Thanet District Council has been awarded a total of over £41m from the Department of Levelling Up Housing and Communities for Ramsgate Future Levelling Up Funding. The Employer is seeking to appoint an MEP and a Civils & Structural Consultant to support in bringing forward six projects which form part of the Levelling Up Funding programme of works for Thanet. The appointed Consultant will complete RIBA Stages 1-3 for Port Infrastructure, Green Campus, Smack Boys and Sailors Church, Clock House and Pier Yard, and RIBA Stages 2-3 for Fishing Facility.
