EH1122 HIRE OF CONCESSIONAL PITCHES FOR THE SALE OF ICE CREAM, FOOD AND BEVERAGES ON COUNCIL LAND

East Herts Council are currently seeking quotes for the provision of the hire of concessional pitches for the sale of ice cream, food, and beverages on council land.

East Herts Council owns a number of green spaces, which include highly used play areas and sports pitches that are a walkable distance to nearby town centres. The sites chosen for this tender have good footfall which we believe provides attractive commercial trading prospects. The opportunities relate to vending licences to sell ice cream and both hot and cold food and beverages.

We have previously allowed short term vending licences for ice cream, food and beverage sales. We are now offering a concessional contract for the rights to sell ice cream and hot and cold food and beverages at specified locations across the district of East Herts Council.
