Coast & Country Housing are seeking to appoint an experienced and innovative organisation to contractually administer design and marketing for Coast & Country Housing Group.

In order to create and maintain a cohesive brand identity, we will require the design/production of various components such as: •Promotional posters •Leaflets •Brochures •Strategy documents •Tenant magazine (twice a year) •Flyers •Forms •Advertisements •Invitations •Information packs •Guides •Business plans •Strategy documents •Building signage •Vehicle livery •Web design - graphics and skins only •Supply of corporate event stands and event collateral •The development of a House Style Guide •The development of Brand Guidelines.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
