GB-Redcar: GC-18-150 Lift Maintenance Contract

Description

Coast and Country Housing are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to carry out servicing, maintenance and repair works (if required) to the lifts managed or owned by ourselves in the Teesside Area. Services are expected to start early August 2018 for a period of 3 years. The award of years two and three are subject to performance. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
