Residential Deep Cleaning

Description

The University Halls of Residence has a requirement for End of Term (June) and end of summer business (Sept) Deep Cleaning, as per the specification, of facilities in three locations between the City Centre and Southsea. The facilities which require deep cleans consist of: Basic Study bedroom, En-suite Study bedroom, Communal kitchens, Communal Shower /Toilets. The Contract awarded will be for a duration of one year with an option for an extension for up to an additional two years (renewable annually) up to a potential of three years in total, subject to agreement between the Parties.
