Warm Homes in Bedford Borough - AWARD

Description

Bedford Borough Council wish to commission an experienced provider to deliver a service in the locality to tackle cold and damp homes arising from fuel poverty and fuel stress. The service will need to accept referrals via phone and webpage and case manage clients. Multiple different forms of support should be available, with the most appropriate support being selected for each client. This will include support to address financial challenges and lower- and higher-cost interventions to address energy efficiency within homes.
