East Herts has been awarded a total of £1.5m by DESNZ for Warm Homes:Local Grant - a three-year scheme to retrofit households in fuel poverty across the District. National Energy Foundation (NEF) are our Managing Agent for the scheme and will undertake all resident engagement through the grant application pricess and co-ordination of retrofit works to the qualifying property.
