Lightning Protection & Mansafes Servicing

Rooftop Housing Association Limited (Rooftop) is looking for a Service Provider to provide the following services:

• Annual lightning protection servicing repairs • Annual mansafe servicing • Electronic service records • Remedial repairs that arise from the servicing • Provision for surge protection if found when doing the inspection • Lightning protection risk assessments on buildings (optional)

Please note: Rooftop may wish to appoint more than one Service Provider for these services.

The anticipated start of the contract is June 2024. Contract term is 5 years with an option to extend for a further 3 years.
