Work description
Rooftop Housing Association Limited have awarded a call-off contract to In-Line Safety Limited for the provision of fire risk assessments and fire door inspections.
This contract was procured through ProcurePublic's Supporting Compliance and Maintenance Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
The initial contract term is 24 months, commencing on 1 October 2026 and expiring on 30 September 2028. The contract includes an option to extend for a further 24 months.
The estimated total contract value is £360,000 (excluding VAT) and £432,000 (including VAT). This value is based on estimated expenditure and is not guaranteed.
