To commission a contractor to undertake the Wetroom, Bathroom and 2nd WC replacement programme for 2025 -2029 to install, upgrade and replace over a four-year term that is reviewed after each year\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
