## Description

The Council wishes to deliver qualified counsellor sessions to pregnant and postnatal parents and care givers in relation to the infant's and the parent/s / care givers relationship within the context of their family\. The aim is to support the quality of that parent-infant relationship building and support where this is stressful or needs strengthening\. The service will be delivered predominantly face to face in Walsall Family Hubs localities and / or partnership appropriate asset buildings \(with limited digital health being available online based on their personal choice of service delivery method\)\. The Council is looking to appoint one for this Contract\.
