Building construction work. This Contract is set up to provide the Employer with access to a good, reliable contractor who is able to provide the services, in line with the works programme. The service comprises of a number of elements to 6 x two-bedroom properties and 2 x 4-bedroom properties, including, but not limited to: • Superstructure work • Roofing construction and roof coverings
