Description
Forensic accounting consultancy support is required to support the delivery of a payment plan policy. This procurement resulted in three separate contracts being awarded, as the top ranked supplier (Deloitte LLP) had conflicts with a number of developers on which the services would be carried out. This award process was set out within the ITT documents.
