Laindon Durham House Refurbishment

AWARDED CONTRACT The scheme Includes a refurbishment to the first floor of Durham House in Laindon to include a large open plan office to accommodate approximately 31 staff. As well as several smaller office spaces, meeting room, locker room, kitchen / rest area, provision of universal WC's and showers and an IT server room. As part of the project we will also be upgrading the security of the site to include a secure fencing system around the perimeter of the site with vehicle and pedestrian access. Ground works to improve the parking provision and landscaping is also required.
