## Description

East Suffolk Council \("ESC", "the Council"\) is looking for a Strategic Recruitment Partner to work with the Authority as a Master Vendor Provider providing strategic and operational support in the appointment of both permanent and temporary roles across a variety of services and levels to proactively meet the authority's staffing needs\.
