Hire of Marquees and Tents

Durham Universities' Estates and Facilities Department will be coordinating a contract that can facilitate marquees for different events, based on 3 lots. To facilitate these events Durham University require the successful supplier(s) to supply and install suitable clear span frame pavilions for the purposes of holding these prestigious events.

University wide requirements (Congregation, VC Garden Party, College Requirements, etc.) and build these into a multi-lot contract based on:

Lot 1: Congregation;

Lot 2: Executive Marquee (Garden Party);

Lot 3: College/General.

It is the intention of the University to have a single supplier awarded to each lot of the contract. The University reserves the right to appoint more than 1 lots to the same supplier, subject to the outcome of the tender evaluation.
