## Description

This Invitation to Tender is issued by Gloucestershire County Council \(GCC\) on behalf of Ubico Ltd and are seeking a single supplier to join a framework agreement for the management of haulage, sale/disposal of recycling products\.\\r \\r The framework agreement will be divided into 3 lots as below\. Tenderers are required to bid for all 3 lots\. It is the Company's intention to award a call off contract for Lot 1 following the award of the framework contract\. The award of Lots 2 and 3 will be subject to shareholder approval and the expiry of existing agreements managed by the authorities\.\\r \\r Tenders or requests to participate must be submitted electronically via\\r https://www\.supplyingthesouthwest\.org\.uk/
