T0401 Technical Support for European Engagement

Highways England has participated in many European ITS projects over the past 13 years, benefiting from knowledge share as well as gaining influence on European ITS developments and strategy that might impact Highways England's business and revenue. Highways England is seeking to contract with an experienced consultant in this area who will support Highways England and its partners through its ongoing commitments and to additionally work through the implications of the UK's new relationship with the European Union. The contractor is expected to provide project management, administrative and technical support on the following five key projects in which Highways England are currently engaged:
