The initial four-week planning phase will provide the Aurora Transformation Programme Management team with: • detailed, actionable plans that define project scope and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals for the nine workstreams\. Identification of timelines \(including key milestones and critical paths, and resource needs\) • a detailed overarching programme which captures the critical elements from the nine workstreams, focusing on the dependencies and critical path activities
