## Description

The Authority requires a provider to provide a service for the transport of staff, patients and light goods for both routine \(pre-booked\) and ad hoc \(non pre-booked\) journeys\. The provider shall provide a 24 hour service daily, every day, during the contract period \(Sundays and Bank Holidays included\) and the service provided must be promptly executed\.
