Work description
The Council invites you to tender for the provision of Consultancy Core Services which will be based on the following: • Annual Asset Valuations of General Fund and Housing Revenue Account (HRA) funded property; • Re-instatement valuations of domestic and non-domestic properties for Insurance purposes; • Rating Valuation Advice for the Corporate Property Estate.
