Provision of a Respite Services on behalf of South West London Integrated Care Board

The aim of this service is to provide respite support to the carers (18+) of patients (18+) who are deemed to have a life limiting illness and are on an end of life pathway, irrespective of diagnosis. The service will be timely, responsive, and reliable, to meet the changing needs of the carer and patient, as appropriate in the promotion of quality of life. This will provide the carer with the peace of mind that their loved one is being properly cared for, while they benefit from time away from the care environment.
