## Description

Highways England are looking for a suitable supplier that can undertake waterproofing tensile adhesion testing at two locations within the East Midlands\. The works will include coring the surfacing to expose the waterproofing membrane and undertaking repairs to the surfacing following completion of the testing\. Please note the costing shown on this notice is an estimation only\.
