## Description

The appointed contractor will work with the product and portfolio team to support our work to: • Evaluate the Product lifecycle management \(PLM\) process \(including the product board\) and work with us to determine pain points and areas for development\. • Build a group understanding of the PLM process and product lifecycle and determine essential and desired outcomes at each stage\. • Agree a programme of developments \(guidance, tools and templates\) which supports the essential and desired requirements agreed\. • Support the development of the framework and tools for implementation across Jisc\.
