Grief, Loss and Separation Support

Description

Stoke-on-Trent City Council wishes to commission an organisation for 12-months, to work within our Family Hubs and outreach venues to support families with grief, loss and separation support. The purpose is to offer peer support for families who are experiencing bereavement loss or separation through the provision of specialised groups. These groups will have a specific focus on providing emotional support and coping strategies to support with the grieving process and the impact of this. They will provide a space to share experiences of loss and separation and the building of resilience during difficult times.
