Procured via the Fusion21 Building Improvements Framework Kitchen & Bathroom renewal works\. This is for a period of 1 year with an option to extend for a further year\. For delivery between May 2026 and 31st March 2027 Year 1 plus option to extend for a further year 1st April 2027 to 31st March 2028\. The tenanted properties are situated across Bolton which require replacement kitchens and/or bathrooms plus some of the properties require a full rewire at the same time\.
