C1017A : London Regional Adoption - Communications Workstream Lead

London Councils is seeking a Communication Workstream Lead to run the communications and engagement workstream. The work will initially be confirmed until the end of February 2018, with the possibility of extension in the case if hosting arrangements require this.

Additional information: Question raised 6/11/17 QUESTION Are you able to confirm the duration of the contract? On page two it states that the work will 'initially be confirmed until the end of February 2018', but on page 5 (under point three) there is a reference to a communications plan running between 'now and August'. Furthermore, under the objectives, point three refers to a sessions 'every three months' and point four to a briefing 'at the end of each phase of development', which would appear to be limited to one session and one briefing if the contract runs from November to February-

ANSWER The communication plan should run until the end of February. - On a briefing, it will be as required and either at the end of each phase (as determined by the overall project lead) or every three months at the least. It would be anticipate that there would be several between now and end of February.
