## Description

The works are to convert the existing staff WC into an accessible facility\. Creation of new office area and access to kitchen\. A new meeting room will be built on the ground floor of the main library under the mezzanine level\. The mezzanine stairs will be replaced for a compliant staircase and relocated\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
