## Description

Mayfield School is a Special School catering for pupils aged 2 - 19 with Severe Learning Difficulties \(SLD\), Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties \(PMLD\), Autism and Physical Difficulties \(PD\)\. A new standalone administration block is to be provided on their Torquay site comprising of offices, training room, kitchen area, toilets and staff room\. Project to start end of September/early October 2021 and be completed by the end of June 2022\. Form of contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design \(ICD\) 2016 Edition including all current amendments\. The location of this project is in Torbay, South West England\.
