External Fabric Survey and Remediation Works - AWARD

Nottingham Community Housing Association Ltd (NCHA) own and manage a large residential property located in central Northampton called the Pinnacle, Woolmonger Street, Northampton. NCHA is seeking assurance that the external envelope of this building is safe in relation to fire and to obtain a satisfactory EWS1 form that confirms no further remediation is required.

We are seeking a contractor / consultant to assist us with a programme of intrusive survey work, production of detailed remediation proposals and the management and delivery of remediation work.
