This requirement is a four-to-six-week sprint activity to analyse the roles, responsibilities, and relationships of UKStratCom and wider Defence. This is a continuation of previous work undertaken by a contractor, and is time sensitive, and operationally necessary. A team of consultants, already familiar with the problem set having worked on it previously, who can apply themselves exclusively to the UKStratCom Op Model review work.
