Cleaning services at Kent House, 81 Station Road, Ashford, Kent. TN23 1PP NHS NEL ("The Authority") invites Tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of a cleaning services at Kent House The successful tenderer(s) will bring with them an innovative approach to the provision of the services with a focus on delivering a high quality service as well as delivering a cost effective service maximising the opportunity for budget savings throughout the duration of the cleaning service contract.

The term of the contract is for two (2) years with a possible extension of one year at the discretion of the Estate Manager. The contract value including the extension period is £128,520.00

Bidders should respond to this opportunity by completing the online questionnaire published on the Authority's e-procurement portal (the "Portal") - ProContract (hosted by Proactis). All clarification requests and correspondence pertaining to this ITT opportunity must be directed through the Portal. Bidders are required to register on the Portal prior to accessing the documentation. Guidance on the registration process is available via the link provided in the links section below.

The deadline for submissions to be received is 18th July 2019 (12:00 noon).

A timetable for the procurement and supplementary information relating to the opportunity is also available on the Portal. Bidders are also to note that information relating to this procurement is provided in good faith, and may be subject to amendment by the Contracting Authority.

The Authority reserves the right not to award the contract. Contract Start Date: 1 Sept 2019

Additional information: NEL is seeking to commission Cleaning services ("the Services"). The Procurement is being managed by NEL in connection with an RfQ exercise.

NEL is not obliged to accept the lowest or any offer, and reserves the right to accept a Bid either in whole or in part. NEL also reserves the right not to award a Contract or to terminate the RfQ process at any time at its sole discretion.
