## Description

The Council is seeking Tenders in respect of Void Property Refurbishment for 2 lots as described below Lot 1 New Voids 3 \+ 1 \+1 years term Lot 2 Legacy Voids 1 year term\. Bidders can submit a proposal for both lots but the Council will be looking to establish that any such submission will be able to answer the quality evaluation question around capacity as they will for bidders of a single lot\.
